This has been an extremely challenging period for people and business but now vaccines and vaccinations are on their way to give us all a much-needed boost.
As we look forward to 2021 now could be an opportune time to reflect on what businesses need to take into the next year and also what needs to be left behind. For many years now one of the strategic tools I have found valuable is the strategy canvas from the Blue Ocean team.
As you can see from the image above the output is simple, but this comes only after deep thought and reflection. When boutique fitness began emerging, I used the canvas to understand how they were attracting customers. There is no right or wrong canvas only your distinctive canvas.
I believe it helps to answer some important questions:
1 What does our business stand for?
2 What does it stand against?
Next year will be different so maybe your business should not be the same.
