Due Diligence Research

I have completed more than ten due diligence projects connected to the acquisition of health and fitness clubs. I harness my unique experience as a previous health and fitness club operator, coupled with the rigour of a management consultant to provide a deep and insightful assessment of the proposed acquisition.

As a result, the research always clearly illuminates the attractiveness of a potential acquisition with findings quickly reported back to a client.
