Ray Algar (Managing Director)

Oxygen Consulting was founded by Ray Algar who has worked in the "active leisure" industry since 1982. Over this period he has helped to build one of the country's largest operators of children's activity and education groups and is the former Managing Director of Holmes Place (Education) which helped to pioneer health club developments with UK educational institutions. He has contributed over a dozen articles to leisure publications and regularly participates in industry events and conferences.

Ray is passionate about 'keeping the saw sharp' and has been awarded an MBA from Kingston Business School, a Masters in Marketing from the University of Greenwich and a Sports Studies and Psychology degree from the University of Kent.
