Oxygen Consulting was founded by Ray Algar who has worked in the "active leisure" industry since 1982.
Lloyd is a charismatic and entrepreneurial individual who founded 3D Education and Adventure (an Oxygen client) and developed it into the UK's largest provider of courses to schools.
