  SkillsActive is the Sector Skills Council for Active Leisure and Learning. SkillsActive is recognised and licensed by Government and is charged with leading the skills and productivity drive within the Sport and Recreation, Health and Fitness, Playwork, The Outdoors and Caravan industries known as the Active Leisure and Learning Sector.

  The Institute of Management Consultancy (IMC) is the Professional Body for Management consultants. It therefore sets, maintains and indeed raises the standards of both professionalism and competence for the profession.



• Fitness Industry Association
  The Fitness Industry Association (FIA) is the trade body dedicated to promoting excellence and best practice within the health and fitness sector. It currently represents over 1,700 health club and leisure centre operators and 150 equipment suppliers across the UK.



• Leisure Property Forum
  The Leisure Property Forum was founded in 1997 in response to a need to develop a voice for the leisure property industry. The Leisure Property forum provides a "first stop" for those seeking more accurate information on current leisure property activities, as well as future design and ownership trends.
